Costs, timing and rules for concrete & heavy debris dumpster, explained.
Weight, not space, is the limit. A tall box full of concrete would be too heavy to lift or carry legally, so heavy loads use smaller, short-walled containers.
Some rentals include a set tonnage, and others price clean loads differently. Ask which applies, and what the rate per ton is above the allowance.
A marked height inside the container that the load must stay under. Going over it can make the box unsafe to lift, and the San Rafael driver may ask you to remove material.
It can, but the weight may mark or crack a thin surface. Ask your San Rafael provider about boards or a different spot, and think about where the truck will stand.
